We received .6 inches of rain early this morning. I was not able to see what the Tuckasegee River
looked like this morning. I can tell you that after having a guide trip on the mountains the leaves are hitting the water so expect to contend with leaves if you fish mountain streams.
Reports from the Tuck suggest various nymph patterns such as Hares Ear, Pheasant Tail, Mop Flies, Worms, Eggs, and Stoneflies.
In the park Caddis, Midge, Stimulator, Worms, Pheasant Tail, and Hares Ear.
Tight Lines!
