Winter is headed out way and you can expect colder weather and maybe some snow.  We will certainly keep an eye on this system that is headed our way.

Make sure that you dress in layers and have a change of clothing in case you get wet.  Hand warmers and toe warmers will  make for a better outing and also keep an eye on Duke Stream Flow Schedule and you can do that directly from our website.

Continue using tiny dries but I would limit that as the colder weather moves in.  I expect the trout to slow down a bit and start eating tiny bugs below the surface.  Have a good mixture of midge patterns and a good anchor fly for a double rig presentation.
