We woke up to t frost this morning and it has been a bit since that last happened.  It is going to be a yo yo week of temperatures this week.  The water levels are still high at this time on the Tuckasegee and Lower Nantahala Rivers due mostly to the high lake levels.  Other waters are in pretty good shape and you should be fishing them.

Hatchery Supported Waters close this week, March 1 and will reopen April 7th at 7am.  All other stream designations are open!
