The region received large amounts of rainfall this weekend with many of the rivers demonstrating how strong they can be whenlarge amounts of water are present.  I wnet and photographed and recorded video of many of the fisherieres I enjoy fishing and they were growling with anger. 

I have to tell you that it will take sometime before fishing is a good option.  Right now it is all about safety especially since it looks like we are in a wet pattern for the next few weeks.  Please stay away from the water and live for another day.  We have gotten reports of vehicles in the river in the Cherokee area so please don't underestimate the power of water.
