Rain started falling last evening and has lasted most of the day. Weather forecast 40% chance of rain Saturday and 25% chance of rain Sunday. Saturday temps are forecast at 68 degrees and Sunday temps toping out at 75 respectfully. October Caddis are making an appearance and great fish are being landed on them. Definitely have a few of these with you as you hit the mountain streams
Dry fly selection should include but not limited to the following: Midge Patterns, Blue Winged Olives, Light Cahill, Elk Hair Caddis, Peacock Caddis, Orange Palmer, Stimulators, Autumn Palmer, Orange Snipe, Cream Midge, and October Caddis.
Nymphs should include Black and Brown Stoneflies, Ants, Beetles, Inchworms, Hellgrammites, Tellico Nymph, Worm Patterns, Pheasant Tail Nymph, and Secret Weapon Nymph.
